About us

Each order is hand printed in Belgium (EU) and created especially for you! This means less waste than standard manufacturing because all products are made by order. Therefore your item will be shipped within a few business days. We can’t beat the speed of major sellers, but we can beat creativity, originality and meet your high expectations. Shipping rates

Since we just started our shop in 2021, at this moment we ship to a limited number of countries.
We will expand our shipping ASAP!
Belgium : flat rate 7 Euro, free shipping on orders above 75 Euro
Netherlands: flat rate 8 Euro, free shipping on orders above 100 Euro
Germany: flat rate 10 Euro, free shipping on orders above 125 Euro
Luxembourg: flat rate 12 Euro, free shipping on orders above 125 Euro
All orders can also be collected at our pick-up point Guitar Studio Gingelom (BE) with no extra charge

When is my ORDER shipped?

As long as your items are not on pre-order, most orders are fulfilled within 3 to 10 business days of the order being placed online. Multiple unit orders will not ship until all items are available in stock. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation at the time your order is shipped which also includes your tracking number. Shipping time depends of the country of destination, which could take between 2 and 14 days. All orders from outside the European Union are subject to special handling, and as a result may take longer for transit.

When is my PREORDER shipped?

If your item or order is a PREORDER it will ship out on the designated ship date listed in the item or product name. If no ship date is listed it will be processed as soon as possible. If your preorder contains items with different ship dates, your order will ship out on the date that the last item is available for shipment. If your preorder contains extra items (non-preorder), everything will ship out together on your preorder ship date. If you would like your extra non-PREORDER items to ship separately, please place two separate orders. Once a preorder has been placed we cannot add or combine additional items and/or existing orders to the preorder.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs can be determined by adding the items you wish to purchase to the cart and clicking on <Estimate Shipping>. Enter your country in the shipping cost calculator, and the options & prices will be displayed.

When will I get my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address used to purchase at the time your order is complete.

I can’t find my order confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order and should arrive within minutes. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find the email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact support@maniccollection.com.

My order hasn’t shipped. Why was I charged?

All orders are charged in full at the time you place your order. For security and compliance reasons we do not keep payment information or credit card data on file.

Can I change my size?

If your order has not been processed or shipped and we have the size you’ve requested in-stock, we can typically get that taken care of for you. If you included the item & size you need to change to in your original email, we’ll work to make that happen. If it cannot, we’ll let you know.

Can I cancel an order?

If we receive your request to cancel an order before it ships, we can cancel the order. If the order has already been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. At that point you would need to return the item for a refund (refunds only cover the cost of the items purchased, not shipping).

Why won’t my payment go through?

Double check your info making sure that the name, number and billing address you’re entering exactly matches with that the card company or Paypal has on file for you.

What currency are the prices?

All listed prices and transactions are in Euro (EUR, €), the official currency of the European Union. All major bank cards, credit cards and Paypal will automatically process the currency conversion to EUR upon order submission.

Do you accept orders from outside the European Union?

Yes, we do accept international orders. We will notify you via email if we do not ship to your country. We are not responsible for orders lost or mishandled by foreign postal carriers nor any additional customs or duties charges which may be applied by your country of residence.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is temporarily out of stock we will send you an email notification to let you know that your order will take additional time. You can either: cancel your order, order something of comparable price, or wait for the item to be restocked.
